Hotel - Restaurant
Welcome to our historic and lovingly restored hotel and restaurant building.
The comfortable guest rooms are located partly in the mainbuilding and partly in 3 guesthouses. There is also a restaurant with a terrace. All parking spaces and our WLAN are of course free-of-charge for our guests.
Reservations and enquiries can be made online, or just give us a call. Our hotel is in the center of Lüneburg in the middle of the Lüneburger Heide, 40 minutes from Hamburg. Golf courses and many attractions are nearby.

Arrival:
Your room should be ready for you by 3:00 pm; should this not be the case, for whatever reason, we will of course provide you with another room to change and freshen up.
Departure:
On the day of your departure, the room is available to you until 11:00 am at the latest. If necessary, you can store your luggage with the maid or in the luggage room.
Bathrobe, slippers, towels, blankets and pillows, etc.
If there is anything you need, feel free to ask the maids or in the restaurant. We are more than happy to provide you with a sewing or shoe shine kit. We can provide many things such as additional cables, a triple power socket, toys, pens, etc. All you need to do is ask; we also have spare toothpaste or toothbrushes should you need them.
Faxes, emails, computer printouts and photocopies:
No problem, for a small extra charge.
Opening hours:
We serve breakfast daily between 7:30 am and 10:00 am. If you need an earlier breakfast, we kindly ask you to inform the restaurant by 7:00 pm the night before.
Room service
Room service is possible during the opening hours of the restaurant; there can be delays during peak times. We apologise for this in advance.
Liability:
In the event of losing a room key, valuables, luggage in your room or in the public areas of our facilities, the hotel cannot assume any liability. We also do not assume any liability for possible damages/losses, which might occur in your vehicle in the parking area or near the hotel.
